Delivery Timeline

 

  • Domestic Orders: We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery times are subject to courier company/post office norms.
  • International Orders: Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post only. Delivery times vary based on the destination and the courier service used.

Shipping Address

  • Delivery of all orders will be made to the registered address of the buyer as per the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping for orders above Rs 1000.
  • Shipping charges for orders below Rs 1000 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for domestic orders. The availability of COD may vary based on the delivery location and other factors.

Order Handling and Shipping

  • Kirana Store is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities. We only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the stipulated time frame.
  • While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
  • Please note that all items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as required by Indian tax regulations.

Transit and Delivery

  • Kirana Store is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. We take utmost care to ensure that your orders are packed securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  • For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
  • For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post only.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the courier company’s website.
